Vape Connection Warranty & Returns Information
At Vape Connection, we want to give our consumers the best online shopping experience. Therefore we test our products where possible before shipping them out. However Electronic cigarettes are made up of consumables and replaceable parts that may not come under warranty. Please read carefully before purchasing.
Mods and Batteries Warranty
At Vape Connection we offer 3 month warranty on batteries and mods. Please contact our customer service team by email at email@example.com with a description of the problem along with your order number. Please keep all packaging and serial numbers related to your product and order. we may require the serial number to process your refund/replacement. Should they fail within this time frame we will gladly replace the faulty item.
If your mod/battery is failing to turn on or having problems charging we can replace it if it is within the 3 month time period of purchase.
Eliquid, Coils and Clearomisers Warranty
The following products and considered consumable products and do not come with the 3 month warranty. See Below.
- Replacement coils
- Wire/DIY materials
- replacement glass
These products can only be claimed as Dead on Arrival. Please contact us straight away if you are having trouble with any of these items. Please read below the Dead on Arrival information.
Dead On arrival
"Dead on Arrival" (DOA) and "Wrong Item" claims must be reported to us within 72 hours from the time of delivery. Please contact our customer service team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the problem along with your order number. Please keep all packaging and serial numbers related to your product and order. we may require the serial number to process your refund/replacement. Should they fail within this time frame we will gladly replace the faulty item.

We can offer a store credit, refund or replacement unit/part for items covered by warranty. We process a refund/store credit or replacement as soon as the item has been received. If you have changed your mind and the product is in the original packaging and unopened and unused, a refund, store credit or exchange is available.
Customer assumes all costs in shipping items back to us, and we assume the cost in shipping replacements to the customer. Shipping cost incurred are non-refundable. We recommend using delivery confirmation/tracking when shipping packages to us. Replacements are ONLY shipped after the defective item are shipped back to us.
Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.
