Where are you located?

Vape Connection is based out of Melbourne, Australia.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at this time Vape Connection will not be offering international shipping.

Has my order shipped?

Once you have placed and order and payment is made Vape Connection will process your order as quickly as possible. We will then mark your product as shipped and you will receive a confirmation email.

What is my tracking number?

once your order has been sent you will receive the tracking number in a confirmation email. Vape Connection does not take responsibility for lost packages. Please refer to our Postage page for further information.

When will my order arrive?

Vape Connection strives to process and dispatch orders same day where possible. Your order should arrive within 2- 3 working days express or 3-7 working days regular post throughout metropolitan areas. 

What payment methods are accepted?

Apologies we are under the process of changing payment processors. We currently only have Bank deposit available. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and are offering a 5% discount for orders via Bank deposit. The discount will automatically be added at checkout.

Does your e-liquid contain nicotine?

Liquid nicotine, is scheduled as a 'Schedule 7 Poison' under the Standard for the Uniform Scheduling of Medicines and Poisons (SUSMP) and it is prohibited be sold or supplied in Australia.
