We only ship within Australia at the moment and we offer the following type of postage for your orders:
- Regular Post 2-7 days - $8
- Regular Post (with Signature) - $10.95
- Express Post 2-3 days - $11.00
- Express Post (with Signature) - $13.95
- Free Express shipping and Signature on delivery when purchase above $130 (please see below)
When you spent more than $130, you will be offered the Free Shipping option. This option will be the Express Post (2-3 days) option and will include a signature on delivery. Any purchases over $130 will include a signature on delivery.
It is recommended that you have the signature option with any of your delivery. "Signature Required" will ensure that you or an authorized personnel can claim the purchased item and you will be required to sign it off with a signature.
By choosing deliveries with no "Signature Required" will give Australian Post Authority to leave your item at a secure location of their choosing. Vape Connection will not be liable if your item goes missing when choosing options without "Signature Required".
An alternative it to use an Australia Post Parcel Locker, a free service by Auspost. You can select a location convenient to you and is accessible 24/7. You'll have 48 hours to pick up your parcel once you are notified by SMS and email that it’s ready to pick up. More info can be found here:

We will package your orders to the best we can to endure any rough handling caused during the transit period. We may be able to assist you in any case of damaged or missing orders, although we are not liable or obliged to replace an order that has gone missing or damaged during the transit.
