At Vape Connection, we want to give our consumers the best online shopping experience.  Therefore we test our products where possible before shipping them out.   Although Electronic cigarettes are made up of consumables and replaceable parts. 

Refund/Exchange Policy


DOA & wrong item Warranty

At Vape Connection we offer 14 days Warranty on DOA and Wrong Item, please contact our customer service team by email at sales@vapeconnection.com.au with a description of the problem along with your order number. Replacements are ONLY shipped after the defective item are shipped back to us. "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) and "Wrong Item" claims must be reported to us within 72 hours from the delivery time. "14-day Warranty" claims must be reported to us within 14 days from the delivery date.  Batteries and battery chargers have a DOA period of 14 days. Should they fail within this time frame we will gladly replace the faulty item.

There are items in our store which have listed their warranty information.  If those warranty information are not there, please consider them as they do not come with any warranty.  Clearomizers, cartridges, cartomizers, e-Liquid do not come with any warranty as they are considered as consumable items.

Shipping Costs

Customer assumes all costs in shipping items back to us, and we assume the cost in shipping replacements to the customer. Shipping cost incurred are non-refundable. We recommend using delivery confirmation/tracking when shipping packages to us.

Order Cancellation Policy

Please submit any cancellation via email to sales@vapeconnection.com.au. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.
